The Circle of Green certification process is totally voluntary and relies solely on the manufacturers to provide accurate and truthful information to Circle of Green. The circle of green cannot be certain and bears no responsibility that the ingredients, chemicals, deemed harmful are not present in these products. It is ultimately up to the consumer to determine the accuracy of the manufacturer's claims. Furthermore, listing does categorically mean that such substances present a risk. The Circle of Green makes every effort to determine which chemicals, ingredients, substances are harmful to individuals and or the environment. It relies on various sources to determine this and is not liable for any inclusions or exclusions or omissions from this list. More chemicals, ingredients can be added as well as removed from this list when such information becomes available to the Circle of Green.

environment. Finally this certifying list may be contradicted by other
lists or certifying agencies and the Circle of Green cannot be held
